We consult with you, work within your budget, and help you get the most "bang for your buck" when it comes to preparing your home for sale. We'll start with a complete and thorough walk-through of your property. We always "tell it like it is" – gently, of course – advise you on what to get rid of, what to change, what to improve, how to make your house attractive to potential buyers.

How much time, money and energy do you have to put into the property preparation? We strongly believe that a house that is well prepared and beautified will make a huge impact on the sales price and transaction. And we want to help! We have fantastic resources and vendors that we can share, we help manage the process, and we even roll up our sleeves to help when needed. Let’s talk more about your specific property, our suggestions, and what it might take for a buyer to see and value all that you’ve put in. Landscaping, paint, floors, staging…

We prepare a specific plan, budget and schedule to market your property – we go all out when it comes to spreading the word – wisely and strategically! When we meet with you to discuss the sale of your property, our listing presentation includes a comprehensive marketing strategy that we promise to plan, execute, and pay for.

  • We go all out when it comes to marketing your property and spreading the word! 

  • We market your home to the qualified buyers via online ads, social media, print, live events and more

  • We target local Realtors working with buyers in your area with e-flyers and catered broker/agent open houses

  • We connect with and market to our local and national network of active Realtors and Top Agents and relocation specialists

  • We host weekend Open Houses, and/or Twilight Open Houses as appropriate

  • We look forward to going over all of the details of a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan for your property when we meet in person to discuss your plans, goals and timeline


Step 4: Smooth Transaction

STEP 4: SMOOTH TRANSACTION

Once you receive an offer, we help you begin to evaluate the offer by looking at these factors:

  • How does the offer compare to your asking price?

  • Analyze and explain the other terms of the offer: contingencies, etc

  • Will your home appraise for the contract price?

  • Is the lender known, and is the buyer qualified?

  • Is the transaction timing appropriate for your needs?

  • Are all of the documents signed, disclosures reviewed, is the other agent on top of it?

We will guide you through the escrow period, advise you on negotiations, and represent your best interests from beginning through close of the transaction.
