Our Transaction Director, Passion Broussard, makes sure that the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed on incoming and outgoing documents. She studied both Business and Political Science, and is incredibly detail oriented. She ensures that each file is up-to-date and complete, and that all deadlines and requirement are met in accordance with California Bureau of Real Estate.
Our Transaction Coordinator, Janet Morris, keeps our transactions on track, and helps gather all necessary documents and signatures. She works using an online transaction management system to ensure that files are managed efficiently and professionally.
DocuSign is a complete contract execution service. Our busy clients find it extremely efficient and very easy to use. It is an excellent way to send and sign documents electronically- and especially comes in handy when time is pressed, and distances or availability make it difficult to meet in person. Docusign provides secure encryption so documents can be read and signed only by designated users. Unique signatures are created by each user, and are accessible only to that user.
